I love everything about Houzz especially doing the polls!

HOUZZ is my go-to site for everything! I have purchased numerous items from their shopping site and have never been disappointed! I use their photo site and post to my "Ideabooks" for future renovations. (A little of this...a little of that..:). Most importantly, I have communicated with HOUZZ personnel via email and telephone. Everyone has been extremely professional, helpful and a true pleasure to deal with! And yes!!!... I also obtained the finest Contractor, G & R CUSTOMS....Please feel free to read my review of this amazing Contractor and his team! In the meantime....off to puruse more photos...getting ready for another project by G & R Customs! :)

I enjoy watching home renovation shows. if I win this contest it would help me so much with the decorating. My home was built in the early 40's. the prior owners did some renovations when they had the house, but it's been over 25 years ago. I always come to this page when I need help working on my house. every since the hurricane hit my house in 2006 I been working on it and getting great ideas from here. thanks for all your help. getting ready to fix my bath and kitchen. now I'm having a hard time finding paint to work in a kitchen.

Finally, three daughters through college (and employed!), no student loans, mortgage almost paid off so now can make home reno dreamed of such 1950s kitchen gut and bath added to 1B, 3 Bd house in great location. winning would make it happen quicker since trying to keep debt controlled since single retired teacher.

I'm just getting used to using Houzz now and I am loving it. It's like a marketplace/discussion forum/question and answer/photo album/online shopping/online magazine and catalogs/etc. combined.
