What should I put add to the wall!?!? PLEASE HELP

I just renovated my room and I'm trying to figure out what to put on this bare wall, I have a flat screen that will get mounted soon but I don't want to mount it until I know what to put on the wall, my bedroom had a rustic modern feel to it, parallel to this bare wall is a wood wall that has rustic characteristics. Any suggestions or ideas to add to the wall to make it clean, simple but nicely added so it's not a bore or plain wall.

Hi Alec!! I have a pretty unique suggestion for you.. We were having the same problem in our living room, and so we did a wallpaper feature wall. The attached picture is how it turned out. The picture doesn't do it justice. It really gives a room an added custom feel. You can of course choose any wallpaper you like, this is just what we chose. Let me know what you think and I really would like to know what you end up doing!

Haven't a clue what colors are in the room, but this might work.

Why don't you create a small vertical garden to add some greenery and freshness to the interior? I have one at my house, but I've installed it on a rack which I move out in the summer, and bring in when it gets cold outside. If you cannot made it all by yourself, hire gardeners to deal with it. But let me tell you, the effort is worth it!!

I have a wall-to-wall grin because of your ideal house pics. This is a Paint picture I drew for my late brother who was nuts about Ferrari. It's full of things he loved. Please note the model Ferrari in the bookcase. (I know, it's not a work of art, it's a work of love).
