My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

How does it hold up? any swelling in hot climates? any comments on it?

    It seems to be holding up fine at this point. two years old. It does have shrinkage and swelling characteristics that you must be aware. The product has a very nice look and I believe they now are selling pre-finished product which is probably the way to go the staining process is very time consuming and should be done in a controlled environment.     Thanks so much for feedback regarding shrinkage Etc...we are considering IPE but considering using a composite..
