Restored to its Original Grandeur - Ocean Front Home

Last House on the Left - http://bit.ly/SVOnTheLeft
Marblehead, MA

Having been neglected for nearly 50 years, this home was rescued by new owners who sought to restore the home to its original grandeur. Prominently located on the rocky shoreline, its presence welcomes all who enter into Marblehead from the Boston area. The exterior respects tradition; the interior combines tradition with a sparse respect for proportion, scale and unadorned beauty of space and light.

Great pictures! Are any other images posted of this porch ; a smug mug folder or such. Curious what primer was used on soffit and if any wood stock needed to be replaced.

Ignore my last; the pictures are taken from diff. Perspectives; the soffit t&g and deck material are all new.

Yes, those materials are new. The bones/structure stayed. Other pieces were refurnished. We wanted to stay true to the original building due to it's strong history.
