Thanks for the reply. I actually did search for those words and found only wooden ones with small openings on Google and nothing really applicable here. Maybe I need to dig a little deeper into the search results.

I'm looking for the same thing. I'll have a floor register under a floating vanity, and would prefer to have the heat flowing one direction. So far, I've not found anything.
