This particular unit was sold and installed by Nationwide Lifts. Although we had to work with them during installation to make sure everything worked and was installed to code. I don't know if they sell or install manual lifts. With the fire and safety codes that we had to adhere to and the customers requirements this unit worked perfectly. There are a lot of dumbwaiter and elevator systems on the market but some don't meet code, both for fire and safety. Hope this helps.
