Curbside means delivery onto public property. For insurance and liability reasons, the driver is not allowed to step foot on private property. For instance, if he were to knock over your mailbox, there is nothing to protect you and your private property. A backsplash is a very long, thin piece of marble that is fundamentally very fragile. We do our absolute best to package the item, but unfortunately cannot guarantee its safe arrival. Because of its fragile nature, spares are in limited supply. However, if yours breaks in transit, we can attempt to send a replacement if we have one available.
