Quartzite yellowing?

Hi! Beautiful!! We are from New Orleans and are having trouble finding a very white quartzite. We are told they are mined very early and yellow with time anyway... Could you provide any advice on the yellowing aspects and where we might possibly find super white quartzite? Thanks so much!
