Move the cabinet down so it helps define the space and center the chandelier over that area so it creates a separate space from the piano. Also some end tables/ accent tables would make the space feel more complete, also some window treatments.

Move the two chairs: do not place them next to each other. One needs to be opposite of the buffet, near the left side of the sofa; place on an angle. Try different places with the other chair.

You have a symmetrical room and your furnishings should relate to the ceiling and lighting above. The sofa or chairs should be centered on the front window. To get these pieces to work either the piano or the sideboard has to go. You simply don't have the room to accommodate both pieces on your walls and still install the sofa and two chairs.

I agree with above as far as angling the two chairs with a small table between them.

Either of Beverly's floor plans will work, but you need to lose the buffet. You can keep the current arrangement with sofa and chairs opposite each other, but move the piano to where the buffet is now and move the buffet to the dining room.

This is such a nice space, but your rug is not doing the space any justice!

Your rug needs to be much larger, which in turn will make the room appear more unified.

Since you are most likely not moving the piano out, I would rethink the buffet. I think it is too large for the space and your floor plan would work better without it. Think about incorporating a round lamp table between your two chairs & a set of nesting tables beside your sofa. By all means add a coffee table, what about a glass table with an interesting base or a beautiful ottoman. The chandelier may not be an issue if you can expand your seating arrangement. But, I would opt. for something larger and more conversational.
