My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    A local cabinet maker should be able to modify the piece for a larger tv. While you are at it you might consider painting the unit the same color as your trim. It looks a little heavy in the room as a stained piece.
