My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I'm so sorry for the delayed response. This home was actually a large scale remodel we did for some great clients of ours as a second home in Lake Kiowa Texas. We demolished the home to studs and added around 1200 square feet at the second floor. We completely rebuilt the home to a like new condition at a cost of around 130 per square foot. Our projects generally range from 110 to 150 a square foot depending on several variables. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask.
