Hi there, we recently purchased a black walnut dining table but the finish applied by the manufacturer was only a "natural wax." I am trying to apply some more protection given that we'll be eating on it and I'm not a fan of tablecloths. Any recommendations as to what you treated your butcher block with (I'm assuming it would be a similar treatment)? I was thinking of using Emmett's Good Stuff, but I'm not sure if it will work since the manufacturer already applied a wax. Looking forward to your advice. Below is a pic of the table. Thanks!
