Old Tv tries to power on for 1 sec then powers off. A past rentor of a room cut power cord at plug. I wired a plug correctly hot and nuteral to correct plug blade. Pulled cover off, fuse is ok. But like i said it clicks at plug in, powers on for a sec, then off. And it has to sit about 5 sec. before I can try it again. I can repair it if i knew where to look. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Too broke for new T.V.
