Can I do a marble shower with white beadboard walls?

Hi,
So, I'm re-tiling my shower and wondering if I can do a marble shower with with beadboard walls.
My bathroom has porcelain blue walls (soft lightish blue) with (pure) white beadboard going up ~5ft. I have a blue ceramic tile floor with white grout lines. Yes, its bold but I absolutely love it!.

I
have a marble hex tile I was hoping to use on the shower floor. my
original plan was to use marble tile up to the height of the beadboard
(~5ft) then do a blue glass mosaic up to the ceiling. This would
continue the same line all the way around the bathroom which the
engineer in me likes.

Am I crazy? is there a better option?

Can I even use a white marble with white bead board? or does that clash? should I use a white subway or something?

Should I do only marble (no mosaic)? or just a more normal marble with one or two stripes of mosaic?

Would appreciate comments/opinions...

photo is kinda grainy... but you get the idea on the walls

Wall color is actually closer to (i may paint it lighter tho):

Potential Marble (6x12 white carrara)

potential mosaic
