Hi guys. I'm looking to change a few things in my living room space and I want some advice about how the various elements I want to change can affect each other.

I definitely want to change the black teraso floor with some porcelain tiles and I want to restain the furniture - both chairs and book cases - but I'm not sure of what stain colour to go with or what tile colour to go with.

I have no immediate plans of reupholstering the chairs.

I'm also toying with the idea of getting a new colour on the walls which are currently white.
