I don't remember how long it took my red/purple vines to fruit, but the orange ones planted at the same time have been growing for about 5 years with no fruit. Probably my elevation.

Your vine could flower and fruit this year, but that will depend on how fast it grows, which is dependent on your location, exposure, and the watering and fertilizing you give it. Where I grow passiflora (California) seedlings will flower in the second year of growth.
