My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The flooring looks like White Oak.

    It is Rift and Quartersawn White Oak. The stain we used on it is by Minwax: Pickled Oak.

    Sorry for the flood of questions, but your kitchens are very inspirational.

    I need to work with existing red oak floors which you seem to have a lot of experience with. Is there any way I can have them refinished and stained to have a look similar to the Rift and Quartersawn White Oak in this photo?

    Only if you bleach them. I would speak to a wood flooring refinisher to be sure.
