shower liner

Is a shower liner recommended for this shower curtain? Not sure because it says it comes "lined".
Please advise... thanks

    Yes, the shower curtain does need a water-resistant liner. The lining we offer is a cotton/poly sateen. The fabric is only available in a 54" width so our shower curtain has seams. We've chosen to use the full width of the fabric in the center and 2 panels of equal width on either side for balance. The lining adds weight to the fabric and hides the seams, but the seams are on the inside of the shower curtain. We sell many unlined shower curtains, too. Hope that helps!
