My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    hello ting
    i have not been able to track the designer or source of the pendant, but can tell you it was specified for the original house by the renowned and now retired interior designer John Wheatman. the owners lovingly restored it while we renovated the rest of the house.

    the "noire alchemy 4 light chandelier" is quite similar though.

    another favorite for its play of light and shadow is david trubridge's coral pendant and depending on the version you choose, it adds color to the equation. it's available at DWR.

    As mentioned in the previous post, we don't have much info on this pendant since this was existing prior to renovation. A guess would be 18"-20".
