Hand trucks work best. Or a couple of heavily muscled garden helpers :-)

LOB - Have you ever moved a 55 gallon drum full of liquid or seen it done? The hardest part is "breaking" it, which means tipping it sideways so it's balanced on the bottom rim and can be rolled along on the rim. I use a variation of that. Since your lawn would be torn up by rolling it along, you can use an 8' long plank, one end on the ground & the other supported by a garden cart. I tip it, maneuver an edge onto the plank, roll it up onto the cart, then pull it to where it needs to go & reverse the process to unload. Note: you'll probably need something heavy on the opposite end of the cart as a counter-weight so the cart doesn't tip up while loading the pot.

Hand truck with pneumatic tires.

I am sure you can rent a hand truck with 8 or 10 inch pneumatic tires and a strap to encircle to container which will allow a reasonably strong person to tip it onto the hand truck and roll it across the lawn without damage.

This planter weights around 800 to 900 pounds, tipping it and rolling it on the edge is not a option.

At 8-900# you would need at least 6 people on that to pick it up. Sounds like you'll probably need to empty it to move it reasonably.

You could use a bobcat.

900 lbs? Whoa, you need some earth moving equipment!

Having spent a lifetime moving heavy objects by myself, I can assure you this is not a problem.
