My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hello. Can you please tell me how you achieved the smooth concrete with the hole indents? Were forming boards used to get the smooth look, any special resins?

    Paper faced plywood was used on the exposed form work, Cone ties used and the layout of them planned. No special resins.
