I wished there were more comments on this.

What someone thinks is great might be terrible in someone else's opinion. Go out and select what you like and then check the warranties. There are plenty of no-name manufacturers out there that are perfectly fine.

We used Armstrong in a small guest bath and really like it.

We used Modin from Flooret. Ordered samples online. Love the floors...so far so good!

I am currently searching flooring options and came across this thread and there were not many comments so I appreciate any help that anyone can provide.

Just when I think I may have found the right flooring for me I read the reviews and don’t seem to read anything good. Last product we were looking at was NuCore Performance from Floor & Decor which has a 40 mm wear layer and we done the key scratch test and this was the only vinyl floor that passed that test. Then reading the reviews on floorcritics.com on NuCore and did not see good reviews.

We've had Modin from Flooret installed for almost three years and have had no issues with wear or cleanability or fading. The company was easy to work with and sent large samples to test in home. A local flooring company installed even though we purchased the product ourselves. I will be having Mannington sheet vinyl installed in bathrooms and laundry rooms at my mom's place next month.

@julieste, what is it about Flooret that you don’t like any longer?

When we installed Flooret it was the original product. Since that time they changed their product so that it has large painted bevels which I am not a fan of (you may like that look). I ordered several of the full size planks to evaluate, and they just didn't do it for me. In addition to the bevel, when the light hit the flooring as a certain angle it really looked plasticky and had sparkles.

Just recently Flooret introduced their base line which has smaller planks without the bevel. This line has a 20mm wear layer rather than the 40mm. Color options are also more limited. I also ordered large samples of this.
