Does the canopy rails and 4 tall posts come with this bed?

I was looking elsewhere and some sellers only sell the basic bed with head and footboard and only include the 4 tall posts and canopy setup for an additional fee. I really want to buy this bed! Just want to make sure that it come as pictured with the whole setup! Thanks
