It looks like a mixed width oak floor like Crisp said. I think some of the planks also show circle saw marks. The bevel between the planks means it may also be pre finished. Hope that helps.

Oak & Broad is correct in that we believe the floor to be oak in varying sizes that has been pre-finished.
