A newly-retired friend of mine bought a small bungalow that he is renovating to sell. He has settled on IKEA kitchen cabinets (ADEL in medium brown) and would like some help choosing a flooring colour. He would be happy with white or black granite/caesarstone/quartz countertops and I suppose he'll choose that after the flooring selection is in place.

What would you suggest the best option is for the colour of flooring with these cabinets in a house that's being renovated strictly for resale?
