House colors

We are looking to paint our house and we're hoping for some ideas. We already have studio taupe picked out for the main house color but we're wondering if you all have any suggestions for the trim and front door colors. If anyone has one of those fancy programs that can change the colors in the photo that would be awesome. Thanks :)

I do not have any fancy programs but I'm getting ready to have my house painted Taupe Tease by Behr paints. I have chosen Superior Blue for my trim and Fire Cracker red for my doors. All of the paint will be Behr Marquee.

Eggplant/Aubergine looks great with taupe. So does a bright non-dingy ivory. How about a splurge of a light fixture in front of the door to brighten it. I would not paint the garage trim in eggplant though I'd want that to disappear. Also suggest a specimen tree to soften the corner of the house. Will be lovely!

You have a really attractive home, even without a front porch I usually prefer.

The white really works for your home, especially with the red door and gray roof. ' If it ain't broke, don't fix it ' would be a good idea.

Agree with the suggestion of another about the shrubs on the left (upper) side of the sidewalk. Perhaps you could outline your sidewalk with paving stones to make it wider and then repurpose the shrubs (trimmed to form a hedge) at the top of the wall for a privacy barrier for a new front yard patio.

From the SW Visualizer, I did a hasty and sloppy job but Studio Taupe looks good with your current door color. Did you mean Behr Studio Taupe?
