My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It looks like Eden Climber. I live south of San Francisco and I am growing 8 of them, one up a trellis and 7 on a picket fence.

      I grew Climbing Eden in Elk Grove, Ca on an arbor almost just like this (bench and all). It did very well there in clay soil (which I had double-dug before planting) with drip irrigation and supplemental water in the hot, dry summers. It was still thriving and gorgeous when we moved after 15 years. I sure do miss it!
