This color is Heron Blue with white trim. The siding is Celect, a cellular composite, and it is made by Royal Building Products.

Looks nice. I see some of their line is textured. Is it available in a smooth finish? And the BIG question, can it be painted? If not, VERY problematic for a buyer of a house if we ever chose to sell it. Lastly, does it FEEL cheap like vinyl siding?

The Celect siding line is all textured and would not be painted. One of the biggest benefits of this siding is the low maintenance - which means never having to paint your home again! Thanks but that would not work for us. Especially for resale if a prospective buyer asked if the color can be changed. Your competitors products (NuCedar) can be painted and that would be the way I would go in this type of siding.
