It looks worse today. It's completely flopped over and wilted during all parts of the day. i think I overwatered it because the soil is and has been very moist

do you think I'm right based on its sickly appearance?

the weather has been fine here. Nothing out of the ordinary for this dill. The only thing I can think of is the over watering issue

if it is overwatering how can I go about helping it outside of not watering? I have lots of paper and normal mulch around it. Should I open up those areas to allow some moisture to evaporate?
