What do I do with a long rectangular family room? Help!

Does anyone have any decorating ideas for a long narrow family room? It's a rectangular room with a fireplace at one end opposite a sliding glass door. The other end has windows along one window. Total dimensions are 22x11.5ft. Help!

Where's the TV? Missing some pics of the rest of the room. Can't make a recommendation without seeing the full room

Tv is currently across from the couch but can be moved anywhere. Thank you!

Charming room................is there another doorway by the rattan sofa? Trying to understand the traffic pattern in the room. I can see you have a sofa/chaise and then an arm chair to work with along with a dog crate. Not sure about the size of configuration of the rattan sofa pieces. This is what I have so far.

Is there an optional location for the dog crate or does it have to work in the room?

Thanks so much! Yes, there is a slider across from the fireplace that goes out to our patio. Also, the dog crate can be taken away and I'm open to new furniture if what we have doesn't work. Thanks again, you are awesome to help!
