Questions Wood Sliding Barn Door

Hi! I'm interested in having 2 or 3 Sliding Barn Wood Doors made. However, the doors that you offer will not fit my size. Can you make a door to accommodate 38.75"W x 99.75"H (measured trim to trim)? And another door 44.5"W x 100.75"H (measured trim to trim)? Also if possible, could this last door measurement be made into 2 doors that slide together? How much overage do I allow on sides, tops & bottoms to measurements to not allow light to escape? I do not want to remove my beautiful trim molding. How do you accommodate for that in regards to thickness and placement? What hardware do you recommend? HOw high up does the door sit off the floor? Is it on wheels? What wood species do you use? Do the doors have a smooth to the touch feel or roughed up (splinters possible) feel? Do you add distressing such as worm holes, scrapes and knicks? Can the doors be stained to match existing wood floors? How much for each custom door & what actual size would you recommend in ordering? How long to manufacture? Thanks!
