I am running power to a pavilion in our back yard, it is a run of about 60 ft. we are running it in conduit 12 inches in the ground. it is only to power a ceiling fan and light combo. Am running 12 gauge stranded wire as it is on a 20 amp circuit. My question can I use white wire and then tape the appropriate color ie. black-hot and green ground at the beginning and the termination point
