With LED 'bulbs' it's all about heat dissipation. That is what reduces the expected lifespan.

We've only used the Sunco 10 Pack A19 LED Light Bulb, E26, 3W=25W, 3000K Warm White bulbs but they've had long lives even in enclosed, outdoor fixtures. You might give a Sunco 8W=60W bulb a try. If they'll be used outdoors and/or in an enclosed fixture, be sure to select a bulb that satisfies those requirements.

I've never heard of EcoSmart - I usually buy name brands that I know = eg Philips, Fiet, Osram, etc. But I have to say that none of them have lasted as long as I had hoped.

For the comment about 25W equiv' bulbs lasting long outdoors - I would expect lower wattage bulbs to last longer that higher ones - and outdoor may also depending on the weather where you are located - as well as other factors, the fixture, hours of use per day, base-up/base-down, etc.

I think the only useful comparison is with the bulbs all being used in the same fixture/location... but I don't have any good data on that to offer!

I did answer, heat. There is no picture of fixtures or the 'bulbs' in use. A heat sink on an A19 style would be different than a MR16 which could have fins.

My personal experience with brands doesn't matter if they are used in different fixtures and styles. I've used many LED brands from Sylvania down to Dollar Store. About 1:20 of any of them fails early (so far, it has not been 20 years since LED has been available to know if you've fully achieved it's rated lifespan).

EcoSmart is junk. Try Philips or Cree. They last longer. Heat can also kill LEDs. Make sure fixtures aren't overheating.

We use the daylight 5000K bulbs mainly. I prefer the white light over the yellow light. I’ll try a different brand.

Various Sunco 5000K LED bulbs are available. I've had good experience with Sunco bulbs.
