    This backsplash is a Carrara Marble tile in various sizes and shapes to achieve this look.

      I'd like to know the name of the subway tile back splash. It looks like marble, but it's difficult to tell from the photo. We've chosen Fantasy Brown granite for the kitchen and this looks as though it would work well.

      @Brian, the overall width of the hood is approximately 63"

      @mgenderson, the horizontal tiles are 3" by 6" and herringbone tiles are 2" by 4".

      We did fantasy brown also!
      Chose this 'Cocoon' tile for the accent under range hood. It's by Walker Zander. And the complimenting field tile (3x6) in same soft white color on rest of backsplash.
      Didn't want it too busy and take away from the stone as the centerpiece of the kitchen.
