I looked it up to see who developed and to see the parent. As I have said many times. I do not do Terra Nova and I try to look for the Villosa for hardy for my climate.

Yes, it survived the winter. I just went outside and took this picture for you. Obviously I haven't cleaned up my heuchera yet because we are expecting some pretty chilly nights yet here in north Missouri. That's a Carnival Watermelon behind Blackberry Ice. And I need to find my all-weather magic marker and refresh my plant labels. :0

I have this one too and we had a very mild winter in Windsor, Ontario. It looked terrific all winter long. I have had great success with the Dolce series of Hostas. You've got a winner.

My Key Lime Pie just bit the dust this winter. I had two or three and they were absolutely fabulous for about five or six (or more!) winters. I am trying to see if I can resurrect a few pieces that are showing a tiny leaf or two. Actually, the third one, which was a baby taken off the side of one of the other two now seems to be doing just fine. Still small though.

Anyone know who's selling Blackberry Ice right now? Home Depot? Rona?

I got my 3 at Home Depot last July. So far I haven't seen them carry any Proven Winner Heucheras yet this year (maybe it's too early?). I got my 4th Blackberry Ice this Spring at a local garden nursery. Good luck. It's a wonderful plant.

I planted 3 BI in late May. Even with temps that got down to -10 C (14 F) last week they still look quite healthy:
