The iron cross was designed as part of the overall gate design. The goal was to compliment / match the wrought iron on the house, provide a more overall open feel to the gate, and also allow for a 'see through' for the Client when they approached the gate.
So the iron cross was not purchased independently. Perhaps it can be... But most likely it would be done so through a custom gate builder.

Most garage door companies can make gates like these. I had my contractor make three very similar. I got my hardware from a door company, specifically the iron over the gate speak easy is P W Door Decor. You can see it online but must buy from one of their vendors.

I can make you custom hinges. Otherwise, try eBay maybe? There is a decorative hinge on my website, almost all the way down this page, but that one is pretty fancy... Just so you can see what I can do. I can make anything in any style, size, texture, and finish.
