The brick and rug have got a pink undertone, so I think you need to stick with either creams/beiges with a pink undertone like BM Muslin, or blues. I'd stay away from yellows and especially greens (and green undertones) which will just make it look pinker. What other colours do you have in the room?

I'm having a home built and my builder is copying this brick wall, so I dont have anything at this point. I will be choosing tile and was thinking about complimenting the wall with Benjamin Moore Greenbrier beige.

Those aren't bricks but I get what you mean. I'd go creamy white walls and real wood floors stained dark.

Don't try to "match" the stone, use a complementary color that will make the room look richer. I'm flying a little blind here because you have not said what color your furnishings will be. But here is a beautiful warm neutral that will look great with it. Sherwin WIlliams Tony Taupe.It should help tone down the Pinkish tone as well.

I have a warm cinnamon brown sectional and a warm leather chair with a rust / brown fabric on sides of chair. Pretty much having to buy new furniture.

It's tempting to go with a contrasting colour to tone down the pink, but a yellow or green undertone will only make it look more pink, not less. A dark grey-green or blue could work. Are you stuck with this exact colour of brick, or could you do something a little browner, greyer or even golden toned? Pinkish brick can be a bit limiting.

I haven't picked out the color of the brick facade yet, so I'll keep that in mind when I meet with the builder again.

So you can do whatever you want re: colour. Have a look online for a tile/stone you like. Pinkish stone is the hardest to coordinate with, but think about where you want to go re: the final look of the room, and colours you're drawn to, and go from there. So many choices! I'll also second someone else's suggestion to do wood floors with an area rug.
