Hi, The Splash back is glass painted on the back with F&B All white paint, which is then foil
backed. It's the colour of the glass that make's it look green

Does it come pre-painted and does it come in panels or does it need to be fabricated?

We had it fabricated. By doing it this way your panels fit you kitchen perfectly, and you can also choice the right colour for you. Most Glazers should be able to do this for you.
