Full replacement method

Keeping in mind the importance of install, what are the pros and cons of the various full replacement methods out there. Contractor 1 - full replacement means cut out the window even with the aluminum siding line. Low expansion foam. All new trim inside. Contractor 2 - full replacement means cutting the aluminum siding back 2" and add extra trim. Low expansion foam. All new inside trim. Contractor 3 - full replacement means cut out window at the aluminum siding line, pry back siding slightly to work edge under. Low expansion foam. All new inside trim.

1) All are low expansion foam users - so that is an equal.

2)All are replacing all inside trim - so that too is an equal. (actual wish they would re-use as trim is in good shape.)

3) Difference comes down to method of replacement. Is one way terrible and another the only way, or is the method a preference. Such as all are acceptable, one way might just be slightly better?

From the comments here, as far as windows go, I am comparing a BMW, Audi, and Mercedes as far as windows. Meaning those I'm considering are all top of the line. None of them "wowed" me that I would immediately pick one window over the other. Install method could be the deciding factor. Thoughts?
