Ceiling feels a bit low for a chandelier. Maybe you could find a carriage lantern for on the desk or dresser.

Another motif to keep in mind is a fox or a fox hound, either of which might offer some little touch, like a doorstop or bookend. (Can't really tell what's on the fourth wall here, or whether there is other furniture in the room to accent.)

In a more modern vein, here's a little more brainstorming... :)

Nice, but add (same wood) border around your headboard, maybe a darker brown, because it is too small for the width of the the bed.

I just don't want to overdue the equine theme and have it become kitschy. My philosophy is 'less is more'. I do agree that a few accent pieces are still required though!

The room looks great and I would also go easy on too much equine or your don't have a themed room. I'm wondering if the art is too small for that wall...maybe place the horn and the art side by side? Would have to play around with them. Any type of fixture you use (chandelier or semi-flush), a rustic feel would compliment and I also think the lamp next to the bed feels a bit on the small size. In a room like this, I think heavy/large is more impactful than dainty. Adding a bench at the end of the bed would a great addition (and handy) and when adding pillows, don't just go with solids - really mix it up for a fun/country look.
