Fabulous utility room

Can you advise who makes the retractable door hardware for the washing machine/dryer cabinet? Is it Hafele hardware and are these referred to as flipper doors? Further, are the stacked W/D units on a pullout shelf as well? Or is it "arm string" power that pulls them out if required?

You can purchase these from hafele. I think it is a pocket door slide from accuride. If you need exact info e mail me at Richard@lagunabamboo.com and I'll research and get info.
Yes on the strong arm. Because the client did not want to loose any space in the room they kept cabinet depth to minimum. It was not an easy task sliding it in so drier vent lined up exactly right.
