We had a square pub table wood finish originally from my apartment. I just bought this table at Goodwill for $35 for the meantime because we have a child and I needed a table the booster would fit next to. I'm not liking the darkness of the table. I think the white top IKEA will be easy to clean and reflect the sun nicely. I love my green chairs, which are used in my dining room, but the husband hates them. I thought I could bring in greens, tangerine, orange, and yellow to my kitchen. Found this picture inspirational.

can anyone suggest window treatment ideas? I'd like that pop of color there.

roman shades in a patterned fabric with your citrus colors would be great. Choose a light colored background so the room doesn't get darkened more.

Cute area. White table & green chairs will be fun. Agree on roman shades. Look at theshadestore.com They will send you free fabric samples

It might be of use to share a photo or two to help. Take note of the window treatments.
