My husband and I just bought our first home. We have tons of minor renovations planed, but first, paint! The living room and bathroom were both painted "panic attack red" and the kitchen/ dinning room, yellow. The red was so offensive that I had it all painted over before we had even unpacked. I chose a light cool grey by dulux called "white tulle" for the living area, and the same colour, but lighter for the bathroom. It was a hasty decision, but I'm happy with the way it turned out.
Now it's time to paint the kitchen/dinning room. I'm not sure what colour or colours to go with. Do I have to stick to cooler tones? And should I paint the two rooms the same, or different?

Any input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
