I have a nice large area of thyme which is delicious for garnish and seasoning when fresh but I have not yet succeeded in producing a dried product which is fit to use in my opinion. I have tried simple hanging in many different temps and light conditions and three different so-called 'Herb and Food Driers'. Final product is always flat and hardly aromatic at all with no noticable flavor.

Any ideas please?
