Is that the soil, the lights, lack of fertilizer or what? Since we don't know anything about the soil, light or fertiliser in your set up, nor about watering, and can't see the symptoms you describe, but I doubt anyone can id plant troubles. We need pictures or a great deal more information.

I'm also curious about the reason you are growing under lights at this time of year?
