I covered my oregano in the ground with a plastic lettuce type greenhouse.

but the winter, though mild, blew the top off and we had a couple of very cold days after that the oregano wasn't covered for a couple of mixed temp weeks.

The oregano still hasn't shown any green. Is it likely to be dead or give it more time? This would be it's 3rd season.
