Peach tree help!! Red spots.

I just planted peach trees for the first time and there are little purplish red spots showing up on them. I don't know if it is nitrogen deficiency or bacterial spot, but I want to do something quickly before it gets worse. I removed the worst leaves from it in case it was bacterial spot to help maybe reduce the risk for other leaves becoming contaminated. The leaves do have the shothole appearance. What would work best for controlling bacterial spot? Should I give a nitrogen supplement to the tree just in case? The soil is a heavy clay type, though I mixed compost with it during planting and mulched around it.
