My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It's the larger of two rooms in an apartment, about 15x12. The bed is the Urbana bed from Lexington Furniture. 88W x 95¼D x 47H in. Thank you.

    The manufacturer is Lexington Furniture. It's a discontinued group, but if you go to their website and look under dealer search, you might get lucky and find a local dealer that has them left. If so, they'll be greatly discounted. They are super cool in person. Thanks for the compliment too. I loved how this bedroom turned out!

    Color theory- Accented neutrals because it shows the neutral colors like grey and brown and then has different shades of greens and blues.

    Colors used: White, Blue, Green

    Mood/feeling: Grey, brown, and white give a feeling of relaxation and pureness. Blue and green gives a feeling of safety.
