My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi @janetjtaylor9, the sink is from Iron Gate — a local store in Franklin, TN, just outside of Nashville.

    The sconces are gorgeous. They look the same as the others in dining/living room, is that right? Can you share the source and model?

    Hi @danistubble — aren't they lovely? The sconces are from South of Market. They might have been purchased in store or discontinued since I don't see them on the site. Sorry!
