Michael - The grass is a blend of fescues put together for Horsford Gardens and Nursery. They call it Horsford's woodland mix. It is mowed regularly although I do not know if the owner hires a lawn service to fertilize it, or if she does it herself. There is a sprinkler system, so drying out is not a problem. It can run on automatic, but I am fairly sure they only use it as needed during the summer.
